Objectives of Library
To support teacher education programs and comprehensive academic resources to support the curriculum and research needs of B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. Students, helping them develop into competent and reflective educators.
To facilitate access to reference materials, including a wide range of reference books such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, and education-related handbooks to enhance Students’ and faculties’ understanding of key concepts and terminology.
To promote educational research and innovation, and encourage scholarly research by maintaining a robust collection of journals, periodicals, and research publications focused on educational theory, practice, and policy.
To provide a quiet, resource-rich space conducive to individual study, group collaboration, and academic exploration.
To encourage the use of technology in education by integrating digital resources and tools to enhance learning experiences and familiarize users with ICT in education.

SILENCE SHOULD BE MAINTAINED IN THE LIBRARY.
TEA, COFFEE, AND EATABLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LIBRARY.
BAGS/HANDBAGS SHOULD BE KEPT AT THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS DESK OPPOSITE TO COUNTER.
STUDENTS SHOULD SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT AT THE COUNTER BEFORE PASSING THROUGH THE SECURITY CHECK
ALL DOCUMENTS CARRIED BY THE MEMBER SHOULD BE SHOWN AT THE COUNTER DURING ENTRY AND EXIT.
LIBRARY STAFF ARE AUTHORISED TO EXAMINE EVERYTHING THAT PASSES INTO OR OUT OF THE LIBRARY.
MEMBERS SHOULD RETURN ALL BORROWED DOCUMENTS, BEFORE GOING ON LONG LEAVE, VACATION, OR OFFICIAL DUTY EXCEEDING 5 DAYS.
